We stayed following my husband's surgery. Only negative was the ice machine was empty. Comfortable clean and quiet. We will be back.
The suites are large and well spaced. Bathroom are excellent lots of grab bars that are very well place as is the towel rack so can grab a towel while in the shower. We loved our stay
The Fairfield in East Wenatchee is just the best place to stay. Not only are the rooms exceptionally clean, but I can’t believe how kind and welcoming the staff are. Cody and his staff always remember my family by our names and do everything to accommodate me even if they’re extremely busy and multitasking. The breakfast is great, as well as the location. Many hotels don’t have free breakfast so we consider ourselves quite lucky when visiting here! This is always our go to hotel in the valley!
The one bed hotel room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is large and there is a nice office area with a couch and table. The bed wasn't the softest but at least it was clean and had four pillows. The complimentary breakfast had many choices and the food was good. Some issues include the parking lot being small, so if you arrive later in the afternoon or evening you might have an issue finding parking. Also, there was an issue with an elevator door not opening.
We had a very nice 3 nights at this location to explore the area and do some hiking around the Apple Blossom trail. Cody was exceptional in making sure our stay was top notch and provided us with great service. The room was clean and quiet. Upon check out we had questions about our Bonovy status and Cody was able to answer all the questions. We liked it so much we are going to stay again on our return trip from our recent travel adventure.
This would easily be a 3 out of 5, but they got me an early check-in. The elevator is very suspect to ride in. Stay on lower floors. Shower head was disgusting and should be cleaned or replaced. It limited water pressure because of blockage. They limit the A/C to 69 degrees which is absurd. The window was cracked open when I got to my room (assuming it was to keep the A/C running) and there was already a key card in the slot to keep power running in the room. You’d think they would make sure that would be removed if you can’t drop the room temperature to at least 65. Service was excellent.
They don’t have breakfast put out until 7am. There were about 30 people wanting food around 6.15. Great place just wish they would have breakfast available earlier
The swimming pool is under construction. The gym is fairly small. The rooms are a great size and the free breakfast is actually pretty good. Would definitely stay here again.
